The free plan costs nothing, so you can try SolMarrow fully before paying. If you buy Pro or X credits and it isn't right for you, this is how refunds work.
Pro subscription
- First payment: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment.
- Renewals: monthly renewals are not refunded, except where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
X credits
- Unused X credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits already used to publish posts on X cannot be refunded, because X has already charged for them.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our merchant of record, processes approved refunds to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your legal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country that gives you a right to withdraw from or cancel a purchase, this policy does not limit that right.
