You can delete your SolMarrow data at any time. This page explains how to disconnect a single social account, how to delete your whole account, and what happens to your data.
Disconnect one social account
- Sign in to SolMarrow and open Accounts.
- Choose the account and select Disconnect.
We delete that account's access token immediately and remove its scheduled posts from the queue. Posts already published stay on the social network; delete them there if you want them gone.
Delete your SolMarrow account
- Sign in to SolMarrow and open Settings, then Account.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email when it is done.
Facebook, Instagram and Threads
You can also remove SolMarrow in your Facebook settings under Apps and websites, or in your Instagram or Threads settings under Website permissions, then Apps and websites. When you do, we receive a deletion request from Meta and delete the data we hold for that Facebook, Instagram or Threads account, including its access token. You can ask about the status of a request at [email protected].
Google and YouTube
You can revoke SolMarrow's access from your Google account permissions page. We then delete the YouTube access token and stop all access to that account.
X, LinkedIn, TikTok and other networks
You can also revoke SolMarrow's access in each network's own security or connected apps settings, or remove the SolMarrow bot from a Telegram channel or Discord server. We then delete that account's access token and stop all access to it.
